ths ago, precisely June 8, 2009, I left the actual world and entered the realm of pets, farms, restaurants, quizzes, polls and friends, which I will call Facebook. More than 60 days of my life to date is now wasted to mindless applications that made me adopt virtual pets, plant virtual crops that will grow into virtual trees and hire virtual employees so I can earn virtual coins.
In short, none of it is real. And none of it will ever be.
Those 400,000 coins I earned from planting and harvesting crops in Farm Town, I will never be able to use to buy an actual house and lot nor even a piece of chewed gum. My limited edition guitars and pricey couture pet dresses will never pull themselves out of the monitor to add themselves in my real life instrument collection and wardrobe.
In summary, I've wasted an entire two months of my life doing absolutely nothing worth doing. I think my brain finally realized that its neurons are slowly dying from non-stimulation. So before that Armageddon happens, I'm going stop wasting time on these stupid games and get on with my life.

I will still visit you every week at least because those new items in the stores are just too darn irresistible. I hope one of my friends will clean you and feed you and hug you from time to time.
Farewell, KetchupnFries, my hardworking farmer in Farm Town. I've bought you a nice farm house and loads of animals for you to play with. I'm not going to make you plant crops anymore because I don't want to feel obliged to log in because they will go to waste if not harvested on time. That will defeat the whole purpose of this Facebook detox program.
Bye, my Restaurant City, a game so boring I can't believe I stuck with you for so long just because PlayFish made you but then never updated you at all so that kinda sucked. Let your doors be barred with a chair and a plant forever, eternally keeping my popularity at 41.
